True Love Chpt. 14

                                                                             Chapter 14

-A Year Ago-

It was a bright and hot day. The wind was blowing warm air. The female students were wearing shorter sleeves and the male students were wearing white button shirts with short sleeves.

A young, freshman boy was gathering his stuff and putting it in his bag. Class has just ended.

The professor calls out to him.

Professor: Toyohisa-kun.
Toyohisa: Yes, ma'am?
Professor: Can you take these to the office?
Toyohisa: Of course.

Toyohisa takes the papers and begins to walk to the teachers office. He suddenly joined by two other people.

???: Hi there, Toyohisa-kun.

Toyohisa looks at them and quickly notices them.

Toyohisa: Ai-chan. Taki-kun. Good afternoon.
Taki: Ha ha. No need to be formal, Toyohisa-kun.
Toyohisa: I know. It's sort of a habit.
Ai: Where are you heading?
Toyohisa: The professor wanted me to take the papers to the teachers lounge.
Ai: Do you need help?
Toyohisa: Nah. I'm good, thank you.
Taki: Okay. Me and Ai have to go to the gym. We'll talk to you later.

Toyohisa nods to them and watches them leave as they wave back to him.

He continues on walking and turns to a corner. He suddenly stops and goes back around the corner with his back up against the wall.

Around the corner was a young girl with long, hazel-colored hair walking down the hallway. Her name was Momoko and she was a junior.

She was considered to be the prettiest girl in school.

Toyohisa takes a deep breath and turns the corner. He walks past the young girl and almost makes it to the office.

Momoko: Excuse me...

Toyohisa stops in his tracks and looks back.

Toyohisa: Yes? May I help you?
Momoko: Can I talk to you for a sec?
